In order to:
- Secure, change or remove a lien on an Alaska title
- Transfer an out-of-state title to
an Alaska title
- Transfer ownership
- Correct VIN - State authorized VIN inspections available at the address below
- Change or remove name(s)
you will need the following:
- The ownership document, one of the following signed off and/or re-assigned correctly:
- Manufacturer Certificate of
Origin (MCO) OR
- Manufacturer Statement of
Origin (MSO) OR
- Title
- Completed

Please Note: If you are registering your vehicle in the Municipality of Anchorage and your vehicle is 6 years or older, from the current year, you will need an emission test no older than 90 days to renew your registration.

Once the transaction is complete,
